Like us, our products have evolved over the years. Our first priority, being an entirely Vegan business, is that our products are in no way, associated with animal cruelty and do not contain any animal products or by -products. Of course none of our products have been tested on animals either in finished product, or in any single ingredient that has gone in to make that product. Simply, they are all Vegan friendly, which means they are all animal friendly. This will never change. Our products are made entirely in a Vegan home.

One thing that has changed is the preservatives that we use. We know many of you are concerned about synthetic products and would like to see totally natural ingredients. All of our raw materials are as pure as we can get our hands on. We use organic shea butters, cocoa butters, waxes and virgin oils. We have also now changed our preservative to a fully natural product. The only products we add preservatives to are our products that contain a water base. Many of our other products, such as perfumes and massage bars are preservative free.

We hand make all of our base lotions and creams in very small, numbered batches. To these lotions and creams we tailor them to your order, whether it be body lotions, scrubs, or face products. These products have a shelf life of around 6 months, but that is indicative only. It highly depends upon the storage, weather conditions and the type of product. It is always best to keep your products in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. We don't think you will have a problems using them up within that time frame. People seem to get through them pretty quickly!

Our Essential oils are all pure and organic.

Our fragrance oils are synthetic and these are only available in some of our body products. The one thing we wanted to be able to give Vegans, is the choice of wonderful, fragrant products that are a "bit different" to many of the standard products available. It is not possible to get scents like Mango Coconut, Mocha, or Banana Split and the other 40 or so scents we have, if we give a choice of Essential Oils only. We feel that having a choice is important.

If you want a completely natural product, then choose your fragrance from the Essential Oils list and if you want the Exotic and don't mind a synthetic oil, then we have many Fragrance Oils to choose from. These Fragrance Oils will only be added to your product in very minute amounts, but they smell divine.

The fragrance oils are only available in body products. In our face, hands, feet products, we only use pure, organic essential oils.

Our Mineral Makeup range is all completely natural. It is light and pure, and feels exceptional on the skin. We feel confident that once you use PURE GAISHA mineral makeup, you will love it forever. Not all mineral cosmetics are the same. Many have fillers and other additives. Not so with ours. No fillers, No additves and our foundations have a certified SPF20+.
